Roof top A/C works cold, Slide out, TV, Water heater, refrigerator/freezer runs on gas or electric, gas stove/oven, microwave/convection oven, coach levelers, in dash A/C, two ceiling vents with fans and covers, Rear/ back up camera all work. Generator runs quiet, Large windows with screens gives RV a lot of light and fresh air, Awning and slide cover in good shape, 60gal fresh water, 46gal grey water and 36 gal black water tank, good for dry camping, fiberglass roof no leaks, floor solid no soft spots. nice shower and bath room, Body in good condition some scratches and dings on bottom of a few of the cargo bay doors. Windshield clear no cracks or dings, tires in good condition. RV ready to go or would make a nice live in.
